Reading Challenges

2026 Winter Reading Challenge

As we kick off the new year with fresh resolutions, we remind readers that, while the journey of reading is fun and rewarding for all ages, it is even more enjoyable when you share that journey with a friend or loved one.

Read 300 minutes between Jan. 1-30 and receive a special library Winter Reading Challenge mug. Either pick up a paper log at the library, download and print one at home, or log your minutes on the Beanstack app.

Participants on the app will earn fun, Benny-themed badges for logging their reading and completing activities. Grab a book and join Benny for an unforgettable reading adventure!

1,000 Books Before Kindergarten
