The Opportunity Center at Ladd Library is a collaboration between the Cedar Rapids Public Library, Kirkwood Community College, and United Way of East Central Iowa. Designed as an entry point for anyone who needs services, the Opportunity Center is a unique partnership in Cedar Rapids.

Urban Dreams

Urban Dreams is a Des Moines-based non-profit working in partnership with the City of Cedar Rapids and the Cedar Rapids Public Library, aiming to help community members develop their skills and connect with area employers. Contact them at (319) 739-0468.

The Urban Dreams Cedar Rapids Food Pantry is located in the Opportunity Center at Ladd Library. Walk-ins are welcome!
