Free, non-metered parking is available for up to two hours per day in the south lot. Library card holders may also receive up to two hours of free parking at any metered space in the Fourth Avenue parking ramp, or any of the spaces around the library block or Greene Square.  

When using this option, make note of your license plate number when you park and enter it when prompted at one of the parking kiosks located along the street, in the parking ramp, or in the library’s north vestibule. 

The library will validate up to two hours of parking per visit, once per day. Click "purchase ticket” or “add more time,” and when prompted use the code posted in the Downtown Library vestibule as a coupon code. The code is posted next to the parking kiosk on the fourth avenue entrance.

Parking is always free downtown after 6 pm on weekdays and all day on Saturday and Sunday. The Fourth Avenue parking ramp is free on weekends, unless there is a special event with a small parking fee.
