What Happens in Book Club Stays in Book Club

Each Book Club Kit has multiple copies of the same book, enough for each person in your club to read. In addition to the books, our  totes may also have large print copies and books-on-CD. The tote gets checked out to one person, who is responsible for seeing that all materials are returned when your club is finished. The kits have a longer circulation period (five weeks) so you won’t have to worry about fines before your club meets again.

The library currently supports three book clubs. They are open to the public and newcomers are always welcome.

Book Lover's Club

Meets at the Ladd Library the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm. Visit the event calendar for book details each month. 

Witwer Book Club: Between the Covers

Witwer Healthy Aging Program. Meets at the Downtown Library in the Unconference Room the 1st Tuesday of each month at 10 am. Visit the event calendar for book details each month. 

Women's Studies Reading Group

Fiction and non-fiction books by, for, and about women. Meets at the Downtown Library in the Conference Room the 1st Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm. Visit the event calendar for book details each month.
