February is Teen Fitness Month

The Cedar Rapids Public Library will celebrate Teen Fitness Month in February with free teens-7and fun exercise programs. Throughout the month, teens will be able to participate in any of the three sessions:

Boot Camp
Tai Chi
Kick Boxing

Each class is taught by a trained professional. Registration is required and a waiver must be signed in order to participate. For more information, call (319) 261-READ.
